Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing our clients smooth and enjoyable travel experience. However, sometimes cancellations will be necessary. The following cancellation rules are in effect:

• Before the 45-day mark or longer than departure date: 25 percent of the total cost will be charged.
• Between the days of 44 and 31 days prior to departure 40 percent of the total cost will be charged.
• Between 30 to 15 days prior to departure 50 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Between 14 and 7 days prior to the departure date: 70% of cost of the tour will be charged.
• Within six days of departure or in the event of no-show 100 percent of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

Important Notes:

1. Refunds, if they are available, are processed within 7-10 business days and are subject to any deductions applicable.
2. Any change to the booking is a cancellation and could result in cancellation fees.

Identity Proofs

It is a requirement for all travellers to have a valid passport Photo ID photo identity throughout the travel. The documents must be shown at the time of check-in in any hotel or other accommodation

5. Modifications and Changes

• Customer Changes: Any changes to the tour itinerary or services requested by the customer after the booking has been confirmed are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Company Changes: India Heritage Journey reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or services as necessary, especially due to safety concerns, natural events, or logistical reasons. We will ensure that any changes do not significantly affect the quality of the service.

7. Travel Insurance

• India Heritage Journey strongly recommends that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen incidents.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your trip.
